Landlords who register assured shorthold tenancies agreed with Tenant Guarantee Scheme members obtain the following cover:

• Rental guarantee of up to three month’s unpaid rent.
• Accidental damage of landlord’s contents equal to one month’s rent.
• Landlord’s legal costs for possession proceedings of up to £1,000.
